When you create a Crevio account, we collect your name, email address, and account preferences. When buyers purchase digital products, we collect their email address and name for transaction processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Crevio platform
• To process payments and manage payout ledgers
• To track anonymous analytics (page views, link clicks, product views)
• To send transactional emails (verification, receipts)
• To improve our services and user experience

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Crevio does not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial data. Razorpay's privacy policy governs how they handle payment information.

4. Analytics & Tracking

We collect anonymous analytics data including page views, link clicks, and product views to provide creators with insights about their audience. We hash IP addresses and do not store raw IP addresses. We use anonymous visitor IDs stored in localStorage.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay — for payment processing
• Supabase — for database hosting and authentication
• Vercel — for application hosting

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained for 12 months. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax regulations.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth.
