1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crevio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Crevio is a creator platform that allows users to create link-in-bio pages, list digital products and services, accept payments for digital products via Razorpay, track analytics, and manage earnings through a payout ledger.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Crevio
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Creator Obligations

As a creator on Crevio, you agree to:

• Only list products and services that you have the right to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions of your products and services
• Fulfill all orders for digital products promptly
• Not list prohibited content (illegal, harmful, or infringing material)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

• Payments for digital products are processed via Razorpay
• Services listed on Crevio do not include payment processing — buyers contact creators directly
• Platform fees are charged per plan: Free (3%), Starter (2%), Pro (1%), Business (0.5%)
• Payouts are processed monthly
• Crevio reserves the right to hold payouts in case of disputes or chargebacks

6. Subscription Plans

Crevio offers Free, Starter (₹59/mo), Pro (₹99/mo), and Business (₹149/mo) plans. Plan features and limits are as described on the pricing page. Crevio reserves the right to modify plans with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain all rights to their content. By using Crevio, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform.

8. Prohibited Content

You may not list or sell:

• Illegal products or services
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
• Adult content without appropriate restrictions
• Fraudulent or misleading offerings

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, pending payouts will be processed within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

Crevio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
